it is simple. make sure you have the correct phase ID. you are definitely putting in the wrong keys. these keys are sensitive so make sure you are using the correct one. you should be careful to avoid misplacing your details which could lead to lost of your tokens. also contact the trust wallet admins for guidance. they will assist you to recover your account. be careful of scammers.

This is from the Trust Wallet website:

Quote
If there is nothing showing on the wallet, here are the probable causes:
1. This is a completely different wallet, make sure you are opening the correct one.
2. You have restored the wrong recovery phrases. Every recovery phrase has its own unique Multi-Coin wallet addresses. You need to find the correct set of words to recover your wallet. We do not have a record of these recovery phrases.
3. Your wallet has been compromised. Someone has gained access to your recovery phrases and stolen your funds. There is nothing we can do at this point.

Some things you can try..
1. Check Your Internet Connection and VPN Usage
2. Reimport your Wallet
3. Test Another Device
4. Submit a Ticket With Trust Wallet.

Hello,
I remove my Trust Wallet and used the phrase keys to recover it, but I can’t see my coins Sad
What should I do?

Thank you.
Check that you actually recovered the right wallet if you have multiple wallets?

Or make sure that your wallet is synced fully if not check your internet connection and the version of the wallet.

Or try to check the address on explorers that your addresses actually have any fund or not.

Check on the network with your old addresses if the coins are still there and check the history as well, if there's no transaction that has been made then it's still there.

That can be a problem on the update and check it out if there's a need for an update and maybe you haven't done it yet.

I think if you are able to open your wallet with your phrase and password to recover it, it means you still have access to the wallet and your coins should be found there but except you have already compromised your phrase maybe unknowingly and someone had access to it, then that is the issue if the person has moved your coins.

have you checked it on BSCscan and is your fund still available in your wallet? As far as i know, any keys contain lots of new addresses. Are you using BSC or ethereum chain? If you are using ethereum and you may access it with another wallet just like mycrypto.
This is always happening with phrase keys on metamask. You can try to open it with your metamask wallet.
