Survey monkey allows OP to earn from letting us answer those survey. Believe it or not, those information are going to be use to spam especially if it requires email addresses. Its best not to answer anything from it, he could just use google doc as it also serves the purpose.
Hes just monetizing its link on this forum since he does know there are lots of potential members will willing to take the survey and I agree on what you have said I will only answer question or surveys which is usually on googledoc,with that I don't have any problems on putting up a little time to answer but on this one just monetizing then I would suggest not to answer this at all.

I like to suggest you to open up your questionnaires here itself, so that forum members will be easily check and answer them. For security purposes, people never prefer clicking links posted here.
Nah, some links are totally fine. For example links from a well known survey sites like SurveyMonkey or Survio, there is no risk in clicking that link.Op, you failed to post the link. It is because you are a newbie and some links might be automatically be removed by forum anti spam script.
I suggest you post your link as plain text or with spaces.
