It is just a request to the bounty managers that when you changing the payment method for the bounty then please send atleast one PM to each participant (preferably to this forum account).
In the maximum of the cases the participant need to put their wallet id (for payment ) before starting his work. But some time the ICO change the payment option (maximum time needed to register on their official website ) after the whole job is done and also put a time limit for that. The maximum threads are full of spams and it is quite impossible for a participant to read each thread, where he has finished his work.

If you( the bounty managers) think that the participant are eligible for payment and then please notify them by sending pm about change of the payment methods.

## I don't know it is a right place to started this topic or not, anyone can suggest me to move my topic to the right thread.

That is the participants duty and they should secure first their wallet addresses before doing their job remember as you said there are so many spam posted on bounty threads and managers can miss to see the addresses since there are so many participants on each category that needed to see with. And Managing camps is not so easy since bounty managers get more stress when week ends since there are so many things that they needed to count so that they can update the stakes got by their participants.

I am not taking about the request of changing the wallet address by a participant. Of course that the participants duty to secure their wallet addresses.
I am talking about the change made by the ICO after the bounty has been completed.
