By the logic of the review, it seems they artificially open the retina which will eventually have you blind.

Do not use any product that is not prescribed to you by a medical doctor or FDA approved.

open the retina?  What kind of anatomy are you looking at?  Perhaps open the iris or sensitize the macula.
