The Prosecutor's office of Poland sent a secret new application in the case of the Smolensk plane crash on 10 April 2010.
This was stated by the head of the military counterintelligence of Poland Peter Bonczek. "The statement is top secret and deals with the organization of the visit to Smolensk. It also contains information about contacts and cooperation of the military counterintelligence Service with the Federal security service. Tomorrow a hearing scheduled ex-Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk in this case," he said. The most important are the issues of the service before the flight, his safety measures, as well as actions service after 10 April 2010 until the fall of 2015.
"It's safe to say that the period after 10 April was a turning point in the activities of the military counterintelligence Service. If earlier contacts with the FSB was diplomatic and official, after April 10 they have turned into a cooperation that resembles a Union," explained Bonchek.
He acknowledged that many examination conducted in previous years showed that the organization of the flight to Smolensk violations had occurred not only on the part of the government protection Bureau and the Ministry of foreign Affairs, but also the Service of military counterintelligence of Poland.

The plane crash on Smolensk late April 10, 2010 was flooded with many conspiracy theories that the incident was not a normal accident but rather there are more complicated and ill-intent actions behind the crash. Some said it was a sabotaged but up to now there was no clear evidence to back it up but the government of Poland will not be quiet not until they found out the truth on that plane crash.
If this was it, the Polish intelligence services the truth we will never know. Russian destroyed evidence in the territory of Russia, and the poles told them about their own investigation and helped destroy evidence in Poland. I don't believe it was an accident.

From what I've read about the accident it seems that there are signs that the plane was sabotaged and started losing parts in air, long before it hit the trees. The Polish version is different from the Russian one, where it was said that the plane was flying too low, hit the trees and crashed. I like conspiracy theories, so I'm willing to believe in the sabotage, especially that the Russians refused to send the wreckage to Poland for examination.
As you said, the Polish version of this incident is totally different from the Russian one.
It is pretty funny, because I heard that many Poles are considering this as a assasination, because they simply dont believe that the plane with so many important authorities would crash, on the land of Russia.

And the Putin refused sending back the crashed plane to Poland, what is the cause of even more feed going to this conspiracy theory, which seems for me as something funny, because that makes no logical sense from the perspective of Russia.
What goal would Putin achieve with that, because it could only turn on Poles against the goverment of different country, however I need to admit that it is actually suspicious, that they didn't send the wreckage.
They believe in the assassination because there were actual assassinations that followed the crash. Former Polish minister, who threatened to reveal classified documents was found hanged in his office a couple weeks later. At first glance a suicide, but all shoe prints, including his own, were wiped from the floor and the window behind him was open.
There was also a case of the former commander of Polish special forces, who openly said that it was a military plane and the incident should be handled by NATO, just like any military crashes on foreign soil. He was shot in the head with his own weapon, the police said it had to be suicide, because there were no other fingerprints on the weapon. Cheesy Both of them didn't say anything to their families and didn't leave any notes. Both acted normal before death.

An independent inquiry must be conducted at the site, and the wreckage and the remains must be returned to Poland. It seems to me that the Russians are obstructing probes being made by the Polish authorities.

I heard that the poles want to sue Russia in the international court in the Hague on the fact of refusal of the Russians to transfer the wreckage to Poland. I think that the Russian are not interested in that, the world learned the truth about the crash. They're probably involved in it.
