Sorry, but how you can evaluate that quality of your posts is better than other people. I think it's obvious that you wont say that quality of your posts is bad, even if you would post absolute rubbish.
And can you tell me criteria to separate good ICO's from bad ones?

Well first of all about the post quality.

First of all, really bad grammar. Something like "very good coin, i like much" and does not contain any kind of contributing information to the thread, it is easy to seperate spammy messages from the ones that people have used some effort on. I mean that the text should be at least understandable, rather than looking that it is translated with google translator.

It is very hard to seperate good ICO's from bad ICO's, but like i said everyone can judge by themself, but other coins should have seperate sub forum than ICO's have.
Many people are spamming nonsense on the ICO ANN threads, and the signature campaign managers (which are usally ICO campaigns) are not  banning the spammers.

Thanks for the questions.

Maybe you can give a warning and ban the acount that they only posting a unconstructive post or the post that have a short effort they just only posting a very short message that one i agrre if you ban some people's acount because of short posting. But i totaly against if you requesting to ban the acount that dont know how to perpect the grammar i am not an english language but i have an effort to do posting i am not good in grammar because our language is totaly deferent dont you think is that our fault that we dont have enough money to study hard an english language? Its good for you maybe because you are an english man but how about us? We are also trying our best to make it perfect but not all the time i hope you know what i mean. Thank you

You won't be banned for not using perfect grammar, but this is an English-speaking forum so if you can't speak English very well you should stick to your local language boards as that's what they're there for. This is why the forum is such a shit show because there's so many people here who can't even speak English which leads to them copying other's posts or trying to squeeze out something they can't even hope to articulate themselves properly in English. Then when you're desperate or greedy for money people do this even more and in greater numbers and before you know it you've got people posting utter nonsense everywhere.

Seems like that atleast Coindash allows spamming on their signature campaign, because i reported a person with all answers being "If i have mne from airdrop i also get mne2?" kind of type.
Manager told me that he will handle it, and still it's pretty funny i know, but the spammer with his 3 word replies is still on the campaign.
Should there basically be a community made blacklist of campaigns that allow spammers? I think that only getting on that list would wake the managers up that allow spam.

I know what you mean, and i mostly meant posts that are possibly google translated. Also im not a native english speaker neither.
Your english is understandable, and that is the main point. Because sometimes you can see posts that are literally not understandable.

You're advertising a service which just did an ICO.  In fact they raised 1.8 million dollars for the ICO.

Did you even find out what you were advertising before you started doing it?

I know what i am advertising. Also my quality of posts is alot better than usual post quality by sig spammers. I do not want to ban decent ICO's at all, just seperating ICO's from the standard launches. Don't get me wrong, i think ICO's have a place but a seperate sub forum would be really nice to have.

I support your entire suggestion. So basically a moderator only has the ability to move threads and nothing more? Also there should be an admin for forum development that is theymos, an admin for accounts' affairs so maybe put Cyrus into it, and an admin for posting affairs which is a vacant spot.
And you're going to pay all of them from your pocket ? lol

Nah. Don't be stupid. Squeeze your brain a little bit. Seems that trolls in this forum is increasing day by day.

How do you differentiate a bad ICO from a decent one on the basis of their Ann thread ?  Undecided

That is a very good question, because it is about perspective. I think the DEV should have clean papers when googling as well as be public and use escrow, so no one can do ICO's without escrow. It's at least a way into way less ICO's and probably less scammers.

You can do a quick analysis regarding that i.e. you can easily tell if it is a serious one or not that is the rules and terms are properly and specifically defined. Also you can tell it by how much effort they had exerted that is they are actively coordinating with their investors or participants in the bounty campaign or not. But these are only for quick glances since what the above person said can get you a more accurate view in the matter.

The place was used properly for ANN's until the ICO/IPO trend kicked in.

Did you see that ludicrous display last night?
I think they should be banned or disallowed completely, especially those that do little to nothing at all about the spam coming from their signature campaign (which is 99% of them).

Yeah it is very unfortunate, i have seen many ICO spammers as well with really low quality posting and making them in bursts.

I believe theymos makes decisions such as this, and the moderators cannot affect such things that much right?

Pretty much. Theymos is slow to act on numerous issues if at all. You're lucky to get a PM response back for even a minor issue. If I had my way a problem campaign would be given a warning that they have a few days to drastically clean up their campaign and PM a list of spammers they have removed. If they didn't or spam was still clearly a problem I would trash all their bounty and announcement threads and ban their accounts along with blacklisting their signatures (which was meant to happen with the signature campaign guidelines thread but several campaigns have been requested to be removed and no action has been taken). Either theymos doesn't care, doesn't have time, or would just prefer the forum/community to largely police/run itself (which is going to be straight into the ground).
I'd say he just doesn't have time, which is why we either need:
  • another admin to both coordinate a concerted effort against sig campaigns that still promote spam as well as handle temp ban requests for sig spammers alongside Cyrus
  • the ability to issue temp bans for all global mods and board bans for dedicated board mods.

AFAIK no bans were issued for my 50+ requests on the most blatant sig spammers I spotted within my section just by going through my usual routine.

In a world of peaches, don't ask for apple sauce
I generally separate the tokens that have barely anything in common with traditional altcoins so report if you see any. Excerpt from https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unofficial-list-of-official-bitcointalkorg-rules-guidelines-faq-703657:

Mostly, they do not make any sense just the typical "very good coin i like, bounty dev?" type of answers. I believe theymos makes decisions such as this, and the moderators cannot affect such things that much right?

Hello bitcointalk! I have a suggestion, that you might like as well.
Have you seen that the announcement section is now filled with ICO's, rather than just coins with small premine and no crowdfunding or such.
Personally as a miner, who randomly mines and does not like to invest on ICO's, because many turn out into scams or just people running with the money.
I suggest that we should apart the ICO's from other Announcements, because it is really hard to find anything interesting from the section because of the ICO's (and some do not even write ICO into the title).

What do you guys think?
