Thank you for the comments.
Also, bounty hunters effort will be put to waste.
We saved alot of people from getting scammed and we save bounty hunters from giving an effort in a project that won't pay in the end.

I would be happy to give assistance if some staff will implement this

Most of the time it's hard to tell if an ICO project is a hoax.
Since the current ICO market is still not regulated, this is why so many countries should be start to regulate the ICO market.

I think, shady ico should be banned. ICO with fake team and etc. It will lessen the case of scam.
Hope everyone will help in reporting those guys.
Bounty Hunter should learn to study first the project before promoting. They should get a red too if you asked me. People saw their posts/tweets and sometimes get influenced. Thus bounty Hunters played a great role in the scam.
I can see that bounty hunters just apply in every ico they see. All their posts are about bounties. shhh
It is not easy to implement because there is no entity that covers this kind of authority. It is also hard to prove and collect enough evidence that the ICO is a scam or not. The only way to avoid scam is to do your own diligence in investing or even in joining bounty campaign.

The beauty about the most of the ICO are they are not even hosted legally or are registered on countries that won't take any actions until they get the promised cash. So, it's all to the investors decisions to go or not for an ICO.

I think it will serve all of us good if we had bodies or organization that looks into ICOs before they are made know to people. This will have been the easiers ways to detect scam project right from the beginning.
I strongly agree with you on this one. When ICOs go through thorough scrunity before they are made to proceed, there is no way a scam one can escpe.

Usually shady ICOs choose shady and unpopular ways to promote themselvs and avoin public discussion aiming on either unexperienced people or simply focing people to make a purchace face-to-face. The best thing you can do then is to make sure that after googling the name of the project potential buyers will see multiple scam warnings. Scam ICOs won't be banned (unless the scamers can be tracked and jailed irl) but you still can hurt them pretty much by spreading warnings here and on the other websites.

One example is dextroncoin.
Anyone, who can put scam ICOs that needs to be avoided?
I will try to make a list
You can warn people base on your review but make sure that you have gathered enough evidence to support your claim. There are a very few number of ICO's that are totally legit and the rest are all good for pump and dump coins. And if you think that you are confident with your accusation and they real scammed people post it on Scam Accusations.
