After some thinking, i decided to leave a neutral feedback which should be sufficient.

I'm not sure if his service is legitimate, I can't find any reviews or testimonials, but he's most likely the owner of the website.

His Instagram profile shares the same username: https://www.instagram.com/sirstevie6/

And he thinks this will work, bring traffic in his site? Poor strategy 🤣

It works, if you count people who check for anything suspicious on that website.

Let's assume they are honest and really working in recovery. My question is will anyone actually trust them? At least if I am in such situation I will not hire anyone online to check my file or data or whatever it is, instead I will go or bring them in person to have the service.

Anyone who's aware of more reputable service won't trust this unknown service.

I think that @decodx post answers it clearly.
@sirstevie6 is just spamming his (alleged) recovery service. It's clearly shady as hell, hence hats off for @ETFbitcoin for this topic.

I think that even tagging @sirstevie6 is appropriate, hence I've done that.

Given that some details are strikingly similar, maybe Dave should be contacted to find out if his old service affiliated with the new service.
I'm pretty sure it's just a spammer pretending to be affiliated. If Dave wanted to share his business relations, he could easily just post it on his own website.

I usually report wallet recovery spam when I see it.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
What I did found is that both websites he mentioned are registered by same person, so that means that it's the same owner.
It was private registration done in Tempe, Arizona by organization Domains By Proxy, and they both use DOMAINCONTROL.COM name servers.
This is not by accident for sure.

I saw Trustpilot reviews of Wallet Recovery Services, and it's a score of 4.9 from 211 reviewers, which is impressive if the reviews are genuine. Why would someone want to create a new service if the old one is just doing good.

There are a few sensitive crypto services that we should be very careful about. Wallet recovery service is one of them. Trusting any random website will lead to a loss of funds. And the wallet recovery service recommended by newbie users would be quite dangerous if it's not well-known on the forum. At least I am not gonna trust to such recommendations. Just be careful whether they are scams or not.

User sirstevie6[1] keep mentioning unknown wallet service recovery bringbackmycrypto[dot]com. He usually mention that service along with Dave's recovery service to make his post more convincing.
I saw this and I wanted to one of his posts he made in Development & Technical Discussion to moderators, but I didn't know what to write as explanation.
It does sound like shilling and promoting some unknown websites that allegedly recovers lost bitcoins... but I am not sure if that is just a scam or not.
After looking at his short post history I can say that I wouldn't trust his recommendations at all.

Good catch, but I'm not sure what to do with this information just yet.  The site does appear shady, but I don't see any evidence that they've scammed anyone.  The plagiarism sure doesn't look good, though.  The user has been hear for 4.5 years so far, and nearly half of his posts have been deleted (presumably for spamming the link to the recovery site?)  It's definitely worth keeping an eye on this user, but I don't see enough evidence of wrongdoing to justify tagging him.
