I got same with frozen pool on coinmine.pl. Looks like somebody got login/pass database from another pool and tries it.
My account got locked due to numerous wrong pass/pin attempts (I'm sure it's failed pass, I got stong random passwords hehe)

I just received an email with the following;
It looks likely that another pool (not coinmine.pl) has been compromised. I always use different passwords but the same username, so it looks like an attempt from a compromised pool.
I am mining on their pool for Particle.
I urge coinmine.pl users to change their passwords/pins if they use the same login information on any other pools.
