Yes, depends on miner -- you either want to lower "Aggression" value or increase "-f" value until Skyrim is playable.

so i can do other things with the gpu like watch movies or even play games.
my HD6850 gets 250 mhash/s but if I can lower it to 100 maybe I can play skyrim at the same time?
