Yes, It is safe. You can set the parameters in such way as 3commas can not withdraw your money.

If your API key is compromised, the money can be withdrawn by buying shitcoins in pump-and-dump scheme.

I didn’t get any results yet, but appears to work ok, but there isn’t magic, you setup the thresholds that you want and then the tool do the rest.
