I have seen too many projects which didnt ask previous works. But for whitepaper etc. they may ask it. I think rewards are generally low for translations. They should increase rewards.
It's okay, just a little reward for the first translation.
The most important is, it becomes the list of previous work, improving the portfolio.

then, when if already had a lot of experience, easy to get huge rewards from translation

Guys i want to start transalation bounty but they need previous work so i can join their bounty the problem is how i have 1 translation if every bounty need previous work.

And 1 more what is that stake mean..
Some one say coin/token is that true?
You can translate ANN thread or bounty and create your own topic in native language. You probably will not get the award, but there will already be a portfolio

This is work??  They will accep that as my previous work??

Well you can show any proof that you've translated other things as well not only bounty works (tipped by someone but can't relocate it to show to everyone). Most bounties don't require previous works, it's usually first come first serve. So you just gotta wait and continuously refresh the bounty board then apply. After you've applied without any questions, translate their ann/bounty thread and inform them that you'e already translated both.

Where i can get new bounty all of i see is old bounty with new reply

press "watch" on bounties subforum then you'll be notified on email about all new threads or scroll this subforum page by page looking for threads with small amount of replies... ;-)

It is a good question. I had same issue. I handle it with 'first come first serve' rule. Some bounty managers are doing that rule. If you find the bounty and apply(reserve) first in your language you can get that job.

It`s really miserable that every bounty campaign mostly requires some experience and social resource to join

A lot of bounties dont even have translators for particular languages. If you find a project without a translator for your language simply get in touch with the bounty manager and try to convince him that you are capable of translation work.

Ok i will try

You can convince the Bounty Manager to choose you. maybe you can proof to them why you can be choosen as a translator.
maybe you have a certificate, or you can translate it for free for the first time.

or you can told them to give u a strict rule.

example : if they need arabic translation and needed it to finish for 10 days. maybe you must work hard to finish it on 5 days only.

or try to active in their thread, discord, telegram. I think u have a big chance to be choosen as their translator.

G luck ^^

A couple of months ago i had the same problem...
My advice: patience... patience... patience... try, ask and apply...... i got my first one after day or two days of searching and i've started on simple ANN/BOUNTY thread translation

And stakes mean sth. like shares whole bounty is divided to pools (twitter, facebook, signatures, translations, articles etc) for example there is 100.000 tokens in translation pool and the only task is whitepaper translation and you can earn 1000 stakes for this job
if there will be 20 translators there will be 20x1000 = 20000 stakes in pool so one can earn
1000/20000 = 0,05 multiplied by the numbers of tokens in pool what makes:
0,05 x 100.000 = 5.000 tokens for one translator
if there will be only 10 translators: 10x1000 = 10000 stakes in pool
so 1000/10000 =0,1
0,1 x 100.000 = 10.000 tokens for one translator

Ok thanks

Go volunteer to translate a certain bounty without asking for pay. Same thing on what you do with jobs that require experience.

And 1 more what is that stake mean..

Did you get paid on your first translation?
I really wanted to join translations and I even offered free translation for a one-pager in one bounty but did not push through.
Is there a way to get my message across that I will do my first translation for free? Thanks
