There is also another way to never use change addresses. Check the picture below, it is recommended for you to create a new wallet and disable change addresses, this way electrum will only send from the address you actually have funds in it. To be more precise , go to addresses and right click on the one you want to use and choose send from option. This way you will only send from this address only and no other addresses will be used as change addresses.

~ If you look at the "Addresses" tab in Electrum, you can see all the addresses that the wallet has generated (used, unused and change addresses).

just as a reminder to OP
in order to see this "Addresses" tab you need to enable it. it is not shown by default. press "Ctrl+a" keys or go to "Wallet" from menu and select "Addresses" to see this tab appear.

My BTC address is changing every time when i open and close it

I would like some clarification.  I believe that I know what you meant, but your wording leaves me with a question.  The address should not be changing just because you open and close Electrum as you specifically posted.  Now if you are conducting transactions Electrum will start using a new address so that you don't use one twice (unless you want it to of course).  However; opening and closing Electrum is not the same as using it for a transaction.  Not trying to nit-pick you here, just want to make certain you don't have something going on.  Trying to help only.  I am not a grammar guru.  If you read my posts you'll see I suck at it.  LOL!

That is relatively normal for all HD wallets.

Address re-use is not recommended for privacy reasons. However, there is nothing stopping you from re-using old addresses if you want. If you look at the "Addresses" tab in Electrum, you can see all the addresses that the wallet has generated (used, unused and change addresses).

I am facing a problem. Actually i am not getting it that as it is a problem or not.

My BTC address is changing every time when i open and close it. And let me tell you that i am using Electrum.

So is it a problem or is it okay? Do i have to use the different address every time?
