I just made a post on your thread and deleted it with no problem. you sure you can't?
Did the same. OP must have mistaken a post he made in his auctio or maybe it wasn't his post he is deleting maybe a quoted post from someone. Try again OP. You shouldn't have any problem.

That is an auction rule, it shouldn't be present in Digital goods. Check again I can no more delete my old bumps so how can I bump my thread without being considered as spam due to not deleting the old bumps?
You can always report your own posts, when you can't do something eg bumps in archive and Auction
