Unfortunately, there is no general answer to your question. Whether the tokens are transferrable depends on what tokens you've got. It would help if you specify which tokens you want to sell.
The gas limit isn't that important, far more important is the gas price (gwei).

Without ETH in the wallet with your tokens you can't transfer them to an exchange or to another address. So you need some small amount of Eth on that address first
Right now the standard cost for a transaction would be 2 gwei ($0.022). This is the minimum you need for 1 transaction. If you have multiple tokens, you might need more.
