I'm afraid you've been scammed and someone is trying to get even more from you.
Of course, this is the simple truth. The modus operandi of the scammers is even visible to the blind but I don't know why the OP fell for it. A company with a suspicious name is a sign. A company newly registered is a sign. A company promising you huge ROI is a sign. A company telling you it dies cloud mining is a sign. A company into Bitcoin doubling is a sign.

Could you please have a look www swift.com as well?

Because that site is gone.
Kindly disable link of scamming site next time to prevent others going there by mistakingly clicking the baits.

I have no experience with this particular scam... euhm... cloud"mining" company. The fact that their website seems down isn't a good sign to begin with, and when i look at the site in google cache, it looks like any other ponzi scam i've seen...

I have read somewhere that cloud mining companies or sites are all scams. They scammed people of millions before and they keep on resurrecting again and again with new names and new offerings. The existing ones will eventually metamorphose into a scam once the ponzi scheme could not anymore bear the burden of payouts that they promised according to the agreed compensation plan. Sadly, the magnet of passive money remains to be hard to resist and so members who entered the game at the later dates are usually left with empty bags. We have to be careful as scams are everywhere and scammers are taking advantage of the cryptocurrency and mining popularity.

Correct, they have been busted and exposed already, so I don't know what people still believed in cloud mining in 2019.
It's not over yet. During the next bull run people will be paid out on a long term basis due to how much new money enters their platforms, and this will motivate noobs and influencers to hype the shit out of it.

I am strongly of believe that we will see another BitConnect pop up too, and with even more victims afterwards. People lose their mind during bull runs and we have 2017 to function as an example of what we can and should expect.

People also think ICOs are done and over, but that's only the case right now. With ICOs bubbling up so does people's greed. 100-1000x returns is what they are after and they don't shy away from burning their life savings on these scams.

After the era of cloud mining, it was the ICO that took over, I'm not saying that all ICO are scams but most of them, just like cloud mining.
I think at this time we need to work more to earn and the best way to earn is just by learning how to trade and be a successful trader.
Cloud mining has become a ponzi game, but trading has always been a legit way to make money, so it's nice to learn it.

On the other hand, in case you don't have the interest in trading, investing in a casino is more legit I guess.

The cloud mining era was ended, and if you see there is a cloud mining that offers a big profit, then you don't have to join with them because they will scam you and take your money's away. It is better to use your money for another else than to deposit to cloud mining, and you will have a chance to make a profit. Cloud mining now is not profitable, but unfortunately, many people still believe that cloud mining can give them a good return in a long time.

Correct, they have been busted and exposed already, so I don't know what people still believed in cloud mining in 2019. They will lure you and try to give you a bang for your buck. So gullible newbies are still persuaded without any investigations and invested and then they bitch around sayin they have been scammed. Lessons here, don't invest on any cloud mining sites you found on the web, simply as that.

Dear Respected Members,
I need your valuable suggestions as I am stuck and do not really know what I should do.
I invested in Cloud mining with Payforks Cloud Mining. Since I invested, I have paid multiple time for withdrawal my ROI۔ Few days ago, They asked me to contact with ISWIFT CARD to get an ATM Card so that I Can cash out my ROI by that ATM۔ So, Iswift took my details and issued an ATM but they wanted me to activate it within 21 days. Therefore, they gave me an option for express delivery by Paying $723 to Zkong Global delivery to get my ATM within a week in Pakistan where I live.
I would like you to please let me know if it sounds ok or an other scam?
I was told Zkong only deal such delivery in USA due to Custom rules.
Looking forward to your replies.
Thank you

I don't know all I know there is no legit cloud mining right now $732 is such a big fee, better check the legality of this transaction, do thorough research and check if there is another complaint like this, if that is a popular cloud mining site there will be users with the same experiences as you, maybe there are old members who can share that there is experience.

You are lucky to make a withdrawal from a cloud mining site, the majority of these cloud mining sites are scam or Ponzi scheme, cloud mining sites days are over, because they have been exposed by people who invested in these cloud mining, they are so popular four years ago and people are making money back then, but not anymore.

Only 2 cloudmining sites i do consider legit and still operational.

-Genesis mining
-HashFlare

But no matter how credible these companies are, cloud mining still not really profitable if you arent having free electricity.

btc is still the wild west and unfortunately it seems tons of people get caught up in all the news of 20 year old crypto millionaires and get scammed.

btc is not scam and we arent talking about btc here . we are only talking about mining or cloud mining to be specific . its not about the news on why people got attracted to invest in btc but its about their willingnes . they see that crypto really has a potential not just for investment but also as a currency  . its thier fault on why they got scammed because they invest on too good to be true companies that promise high return . they woundlt get scammed if they only stick on btc on thier own .

Be careful on doing that, there's an existing thread about this cloud mining way back 2018 but unfortunately, there was no follow up from OP to confirm if the site is not paying anymorew. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/not-being-paid-out-4409636, when I Google it that is the first one showing and not the site itself, honestly like all the others here, this is the first we've read about that cloud mining site.

Oh well, too bad for the OP, so another victim of such scam cloud mining programs. Damn, the level of scammers are really off the roof. I'm sure that the cloud mining site and this so called iswift is just one person/company and they will do everything to milk their customers as much as they can and now both of them are gone and OP didn't know what hit him. A hard and expensive lessons to learn here in crypto sphere.

I contacted with payback Ltd, which assured me that they deal such case well. Even the payments was made by BTC۔ They made me lose my time and more money but did nothing.

I hope this one works for you, as someone said, it maybe a long and painful process on your end to recover what you have lost. And I do hope that you learn your lessons very well and not commit the same mistakes again.

I guessed that this already answers OP's problem in a bad way. I have tried searching all the keywords just to find their website and it doesn't even show up even in the 2nd page of the results, what I did found is a scam adviser review saying that this website is unsafe to invest in which I think is true based on their website just being a registered domain with namecheap. This cloud mining sites will always attract you with their rates and that is the problem as none of their business is real. Not until you see that they do have a mining equipment as well as an actual office address and working contact number you cannot trust them with your money.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience you are feeling right now. I know I never had enough experience in cloud mining because since the platform started, I read an article about it stating that cloud mining is not a good idea for investment.

Let me just tell you an idea about cloud mining companies strategy. Lately, we opened an internet cafe in our town and we have a server with 32 ram, enough to run the server smoothly. The PC was shut down and we did not know what was the reason until we have downloaded internet security software. We found out that there is software installed in our PC which is invisibly mining using our processors and it was from a famous bitcoin cloud mining company.

Cloud mining or any other mining platform is not a good idea for investment and I would like you to be strong and learn from it. Sooner you will have the chance to stand up again. Indeed, don't trust cloud mining at all.

I hope you do not lose hope if payments are in BTC, everything is recorded in an open source blockchain and these people can be tracked and arrested.
I do not know how much money you paid, but writing a detailed report on the entire case of scam and then reporting them in this forum & Reddit may help you with a lot of information.
But even then it would be better for you not to send money to anyone before checking the authenticity of those companies.

Payforksmining is a scam company, it's simple as that.

I've heard of them before and people have already been scammed. There is pretty much no way that that they are doing what they claim they are, which is actually mining. The ROI that you have received in the past has most likely been the result of their ponzi structure, i.e. paying back old investors with new investors money.

It doesn't matter here whether or not shipping your ATM card to Pakistan is legal or not. The thing is that it is apparent they are playing on your fear and greed by requesting more money from you, when their operations have literally already exit scammed. Don't pay this sum, because you will get absolutely nothing from the so called "ATM", no matter what they tell you.

BTW, I think this thread better belongs in service discussions, rather than legal.

Charan!! The Cloud mining scamming saga isn't done doing what they do best.. Giving a false hope and earning more into an investors desperation..

I've been there and nothing will really change to stop this kind of things a repetitive cycle of new website,, recruit and run with the money.. Then create new one.. Again.. again and again..

No amount will be returned,, learned from it and move on.. The only advice you can get from someone been a victim before..

It's obviously a force selling / scamming that they would like you to avail something from another company. No company will ask you to avail their card even those crypto related companies that has a product of plastic cards doesn't even force you to sell their products as requirement for your withdrawal.

You are going to fall for two scams if you're going to avail that $723 iswift card.

It isn't actually their job on how you are going to withdraw your money but they gave you certain details and what you must do by availing through another company and that's totally a gimmick from most of the companies.

Could you please have a look www.iswift.com as well?

Because that site is gone.
I can't also reach that site, don't fall for that OP.

Should I report FBI? Will it work?
I don't even think that the FBI would take you seriously if you go to them directly. Mostly FBI only handles cases indirectly relating to terrorism and white-collar crimes. The best thing you could do right now is to have a lawyer assist you if there's really no progress regarding your withdrawal. But to keep you a heads up internet fraud and scams like this one especially only involving one victim will have a slow development regarding their case, most victims of scams are smart enough to know that their money is good as gone as no government authority would focus on their manpower if we are just talking about a few thousands of dollars loss.

If they are just cornering you on unknown and hard to access withdrawal method your cloudmining site is most likely a scam as they even don't have a reasonable withdrawal method like direct wire transfers or even via cryptocurrency as they are a "mining" site after all. My advise is if they are the ones who sent the link for that specific iSwift cards then chances are they just want to milk you for another 723$ from that scam website which have a ridiculous shippings rate for an atm card.

Yes, you positively get a scam by cloud mining. The site was gone, nothing left in that site. I guess that if you send an email or contact them by phone, you will get a busy tone.

It's hard to believe that you can get ROI from the cloud mining although I know that some cloud mining still legit until now but it's only a few that will be still legit.

After all, almost all of the cloud mining cannot give you a time to reach ROI because they get online in a short time only. Make this as your lesson, next time, you don't have to trust cloud mining because you have a bad experience with that.

I'm afraid you've been scammed and someone is trying to get even more from you.

Apart from most cloud mining services being scams and those that aren't being unprofitable, searching for Zkong leads to a "company" website that has been registered just one month ago. So that company is most likely fake and an attempt to scam additional money from you.

Searching for iswift card leads to what appears to be a legit company, however the first website I find is less than half a year old, which is an additional red flag that you are not looking at a real company website. Moreso if they "recommended" Zkong for delivery.

That is assuming you posted the wrong link for iswift card:

Thank you for replying. First I asked Iswift to send the Card by ordinary delivery as I didn't want to pay. They did and gave tracking to follow the delivery with Zkong. As well as, they gave me long card number to check card status on thier website. I did see its status  " processed " first with the Amount. Now it shows " deactivated" as 21 days went past. I still can track it on Zknog websites which is to be delivered in April . Have not you ever heard about those company in US?
Well.... I'm not from the US...
But no, i have never heared about zknog, zkong, iswift,... I know swift codes, but not iswift.

The mere fact that they have a website showing statusses and alowing you to track a shipping proves nothing at all (i can make a website showing status information and fake tracking info in a couple hours). Even if they gave you a tracking number you can use with your post office's official tracker, it doesn't mean all that much (they could have sent you some useless rubbish instead of a card).

Now, once again: all of this is my gut feeling. The cloud "mining" company's site is down, in google's cache the site looks like a boilerplate, cookie cutter, templated ponzi... a textbook example. The fact that a company i do now know sends a card i do not know and basically forces you to pay >$700 for a simple delivery doesn't seem right for me either. In today's world, i don't see why there has to be a physical card, nor why the price would be so exhuberant. I've been sent gold, completely insured, and i had to pay like a couple dozen bucks... >$700 is insane unless the card is hand delivered in less than 2 days everywhere in the world, constantly guarded by armed guards and handed over by an attorney carrying it in an armored suitcase cuffed to his wrist, including official contracts he has to sign when he has delivered the card in the presense of an official bailiff.

The fact that their website seems down isn't a good sign to begin with, and when i look at the site in google cache, it looks like any other ponzi scam i've seen...

So, they've told you to get a card from a second company that sold you a card but made up rules about activation windows that are unable to be followed unless you pay $723... Sounds really, really, really, really, really, fishy to me.

My gut feeling tells me you've lost all money you "invested" with them, and they're trying to kick you while you are down. They hope you're so afraid of losing your invested money (which is, in fact, already lost) you'll fall for a second scam... Just my gut feeling tough
