I am not familiar with trustwallet but with their given information on how you will cash out your cryptocurrecy it looks like they don't have an in-app way on how you can withdraw/liquidate your cryptocurrency. Basically what they are trying to tell you in their page is that you need to cash out your crypto in other ways suchs as P2P or in an exchange and do the liquidation in their platform. So if you are asking if there is an internal method in trustwallet the answer is there is none and you need another person or service for your to cash out your cryptocurrencies.

Looking at your post history it looks like you are from Romania and I am assuming you want to sell your cryptocurrencies and get the fiat amount into your bank account.
Well you can sell your cryptocurrencies anywhere for bitcoin and then go to Localbitcoins for a P2P trade and send your coins to a genuine seller in return for getting the fiat in your bank.
Also, if you a bitcoin ATM in your locality then you can withdraw cash from the bitcoin ATM as well.

If you have a trustwallet in your mobile phone, for example, you just need to navigate from your Wallet select DEX, from there you can now swap your token, I'm sure you need a few funds for the swap fee, then select what token you need to swap to any token like eth BnB, hope this helps

First of all I advise you to sell your all coins which you wanted to convert into BTC first which can be done with swap option or you can convert them in traditional exchange itself like Binance, etc.
I don't think that's a good idea, especially if the user doesn't have that much money. The fees from instant swap services are crazy, not to mention the network fee. Instead of BTC, TRX or BNB might be a better option to swap as long as the user move and sell the coins asap to avoid volatility.
But user with no knowledge will mess things by choosing wrong exchanges that is why instant swaps are preferable if the amount they are going to convert is not too huge.

Search for exchanges that support withdrawal to your exchange. And if you've found one.

Transfer your coins onto that exchange and sell them for fiat if possible. Then, cash out/withdraw your funds through your fiat currency or local bank account if they support it.

Trust wallet is multi crypto wallet which means you are holding multiple crypto currencies.

First of all I advise you to sell your all coins which you wanted to convert into BTC first which can be done with swap option or you can convert them in traditional exchange itself like Binance, etc.

Then sell your BTC for fiat if it is supported on exchanges or move coins to LBC and sell it for cash.

Firstly, what country do you live? Certain countries (such as the United States) require KYC--you need to put in your ID/etc

Secondly, what cryptocurrency do you have? Check on coinmarketcap.com and search up your cryptocurrency and see what exchanges it is traded on.

Some exchanges that I personally recommend are Binance (#1 exchange I'd say) and Coinbase (less coins but very easy to use)

I tend to agree with all suggestions above and they are right.

But first, you need to find first where the coin listed of a specific exchange where you can transfer there and trade.  You can determine how much the value of the coin that you have as of now and calculate the fees cost from withdrawing in the exchange by using these websites.

Much better if you will choose an exchange that has a low withdrawal fee and then transfer the coin into your local crypto wallet that easy for you to trade your crypto coins into fiat, just prepare for the KYC verification for sure which is very common in the custodial wallet and the centralized exchange and you can choose an exchange that allows you to sell Bitcoin to fiat directly to your Bank account, I personally suggest Binance or the best is BestChange.com.

Before answering the questions, maybe we need to know some information about your case:
1. Where do you live?
It relates to what exchanges you should use better to cash out your crypto into fiat. Actually, you can use global exchange and cash out into your fiat but the fee is probably higher. In this case, You can use Binance. However, if there is a local exchange in your country in which there will be commonly a way to cash out into your bank account more easily and with less cost (commonly). The way is by withdrawing/transferring your coins from Trustwallet into the exchange.

2. What coins do you have?
It will also determine how you will convert the coin and cash it out.
- If you have a coin in which the coin is also available in your addressed exchange, you can only send or withdraw it into the addressed exchange directly.
- However, if there is not an available coin in that addressed exchange, you need to convert it to a suitable coin (such as converting to USDT, ETH, BNB, and others). FYI, in Trust wallet, there is a DEX menu (including SWAP and Exchange). If it is available, you can swap the coin or sell it on the exchange and choose the suitable coin to transfer to the addressed exchange.
*Note:
There are several types of similar coins with different networks (ERC20, BEP2, BSC, and others). You must also understand and also notice this in order to choose the right option when swapping or exchanging.

3. Pay attention when transferring your coins into the addressed exchange.
This is also important, you must pay attention when transferring to withdrawing your coins into the addresses exchanges.
Some terms to consider are likely:
- Wallet: Choose the right wallet from the same coin and network, be careful in putting the wallet because if you make a mistake (wrong wallet), you may lose your coins.
- Memo/tag: Some coins may need memo or tags, please also pay attention to this. Check on the deposit address in the exchange whether it needs memo/tags or not. If any, you should also put it when withdrawing.

I think it is better for you to read at least the FAQ here
TrustWallet FAQ
It consists of important information you can learn at first about TrustWallet and other both specific and general infomration.

Unfortunately there is no sell feature if you want to sell your coins for fiat (cash) in trust wallet. You will have to transfer your tokens to a crypto exchange like Binance and then exchange them for fiat if it supports your country's fiat currency.

I suggest you first learn more about trading in crypto exchanges and transferring tokens through YouTube videos and online articles before you do anything since you are a newbie.

What coins and what money?

Are you trying to convert cryptocurrency in your wallet to fiat that can go into a bank account or the other way around?

(simplified: are you cashing out or buying in).

If wanting to cash out just find an exchange that is able to operate in your country (many people use binance or coinbase) and send your funds there where you can withdraw at a later date.
