seems like a cool way to decentralize domainname-registration and -control.
Will they have a future?
no idea, would be nice though, just because an owner of a domain-name is also the only one in control.
Are there any trading sites or charts for name coins?
probably yes, although i personally don't use any, cuz i already have some namecoins, currently don't need any more and don't want to sell those i got.
Does mining namecoin gain any profit?
well, it'll gain you namecoins, up to you what to do with them, sell them, trade them, keep them to get free (as in freedom) domains.
