Welcome to BTC. The answer is...
1. S9 antminer is the best for BTC, 2. No, no, I think only S9 is the best, 3. Don`t dispose of your hardware, you should reuse for Router or Network Server, then please combined with MikroTik is very good for network.

Hello,

I'm new at BTC. I want to start BTC mining via S9 and I have three questions:

1.) Is S9 okay for new starting, right now?
2.) Are there better than S9 ?
3.) Can we recycling this hardware after it is over for re-using? or it will be trash?

Thanks!

1) The S9 is fine for getting into mining, it's still quite the profitable miner.
2) That depends. The Antminer L3+ is more profitable than the Antminer S9, but it mines Scrypt coins not Bitcoin.
3) Most people are able to sell their miners when they decide to upgrade, giving you much of your initial investment back.

That superb bro, S9 antminer is best miner now ever in the market. It is fine start your mining process in bitcoin and you can invest the bitcoin without fear according to my personal view. I hope you do not recycle it and it can be use like your network router.
