Which "Rento" are we talking about here? I only know one "Rento" and it's an ICO project for sharing economy (that doesn't do that well on their sales).

It seems like you're talking about wallet apps, or probably some services like airdropalert. If that's really what it is, I think you don't have to do it. Just use a common wallet like MetaMask or MEW.

I'm not fond of airdrops anymore and I never heard of rento. Are you sure that you really are just asking about rento and you aren't shilling about it? it's your first time to post to the forum and you're giving exposure to a service that we don't know.

Sorry for saying that because mostly when there are newbies and asks for something to the community, they always come and go. Will ask about a certain website, product or service and they will never reply to the thread they created.

Never listen to anyone when joining any airdrop.

People can just say Good project in one ICO just to shill. Every adviser or the so-called famous youtube advisers have its own agenda. We can say lots of things on where to start and how to do it, it is always up to you. Some people may say I have earned on airdrops, while other will say I have been holding so many coins that didn’t even get to any exchanges.

Most coins now are just P2P payment (not all of course), but, we are 10 years since bitcoin was created. IMO, it is too late to come out with nothing more just P2P payment method. As if you can open DVD factory today and start to hype it as a super cool method of storing your videos, while there are already SSD drives, streaming, or even cloud storing.

It’s about responsibility, research is a must.

Kindly move this to Altcoin Discussion.

Those projects will just use you to work (promoting/advertising their project and pays you cents in return). If you're that interested in Airdrop then participate in project that airdrops their token to your wallet for owning other coins.
They also list Holder airdrops. And to be honest I've personally opted in airdrops of more than 10$ in value. So, it's not always a waste of time I guess. Well, whatever makes you happy lol  Grin

If the project recommended the app and it's not a scam project then it means it can be trustworthy. Personally I haven't used Rento but I want to advise you on airdrop especially the common ones known by most newbies, they're no longer worth it. Most of those airdrop won't even get listed on exchange or they'll just pay you pennies when you try to cash out especially the ones listed here

What I can tell you is that Airdrops are most of them just a waste of time. You will send documents , emails, join telegram etc and you will make few cents of dozens of altcoins. Those cents are difficult to trade for BTC also, because of low volume..

I don't think this post should belong here...
Nevertheless, Rento is a global sharing app which will airdrop their tokens for following their social media. It's just getting started in it's own world.
To get legit airdrops and bounties, check out Bounties (Altcoins), Airdrops.io and AirdropAlert.
