If you are interested to start trading on a short term I would recommend you to buy from a big exchange like kraken , bitstamp etc. I won't recommend you to buy from localbitcoins ( face to face transactions ) . I heard hundreds of scamms with fake money

The only way I know you can get or make profit with Bitcoin is by making or creating connection with people who sell at low price and forming a partnership with those that buy at high prices

It is what you called price appreciation where you are buying with low price and then you will sell it in a higher price. There are a lot of exchanges out there that you can use in order for you to buy bitcoin and make profit in short period of time but the problem is you are still new in the market and the chances of losing is very high due to your lack of experience and also knowledge. I prefer to you that you should first focus on gaining information and experience before you put a real money in trading.

There is some confusions here.
I wonder, how did OP knew that the neighbourhood buy bitcoin and then sell it with the same price with the other?

Or maybe OP, you aren't aware that your neighbourhood bought bitcoin at $8000 yesterday and then sell to your other neighbor at $9,200 (because the price of btc today is over $9000). Of course, the price of bitcoin as of the moment varies. And that makes sense, selling btc peer to peer without some hassles.

If you are wondering how you can make money manually instead of making profit from bitcoin on some exchange, it is localbitcoins.com type of trading. Of course, it still matters like exchange because even if you make yourself the exchange and you make people trade between each other using you basically, because you the coins from someone and sell it to someone else by hand and charge a fee for it, so in the end there is really no way you can do that too quickly enough to not change the price. So, price will definitely change meanwhile and it matters.

However what matters is to actually charge a fee that is normally very very high compared to exchanges, and convince people to pay high so it is really not that easy to do it, people would prefer exchanges if they have that option.

its hard enough to get your fiat money to move to digital world without going thru a process. so why sell coins for same rate at market price?

since you said they don't deal with exchanges then this must be localbitcoin. i have been selling my coins there locally, i even met some of these guys buying BTC. you will find out that the people buying in localbitcoins are somewhat rich men willing to buy for a higher rate.

^ Buy and sell will always be a way for people to earn profit may some will have a huge charge or a small charge depending on whom you will be dealing with. Localbitcoins.com will help you a lot to find the best exchanges that might also be favorable to both of you. Trading with someone whom you really know and offering you without charges will be the best option since some people are doing it to hold the bitcoin and start trading again once it's value becomes higher. Nevertheless, while doing this buy and sell just take precautionary measures because scammers or hackers are always aggressive on these scenarios.

Good day every one in the house,,please i would love to make enquiries on merchants that Crypto big traders sell there Btc to for profit...i found out people in my Neighbourhood  buy Btc and they don't Hodl,,so am curious to know which merchants they sell the coins to and moreover they don't deal on Exchanges,,they buy from others at same rate exchange provide,,so there is something hidden that i don't know

1.How did you find out that people in your town buy BTC?Did somebody told you?
2.Are you 100% sure that those BTC traders in your town aren't HODLing Bitcoins?
3.I guess that they must be selling those BTC on Localbitcoins and Paxful and they are charging a small fee for every transaction, probably around 2-7%.BTC sellers on those platforms usually charge a fee,so they are making profits without the need to HODL and not caring that much about the BTC price fluctuations.

What most reply will be focused on will be exchanges without understanding the OP question. I got no idea about the people in your Neighbourhood but I'm going to give an example with those in my neighborhood, (county in general) as probably it'll give you an idea and might just be the same technique people in your neighborhood uses. Here in my country, exchanging bitcoin peer2peer is quite profitable then using exchange most especially as the selling price is quite high meanwhile the buying price is very low.

Here's why, the seller that's interested in selling his bitcoin to you must be in need of urgent cash as a result will be willing to accept a deal that'll obviously favor you (the buyer) irrespective of how he negotiates, meanwhile when you get contacted by buyers, they probably go with your selling price and since peer2peer transaction has more advantage than that of third party sites like exchanges etc it'll be the most favorable provide the deals are completed instantly and successfully without any issue.

So to answer your question (via poll) transacting peer2peer has to be the profitable alternative to exchanges, as also there's no fee attached when transacting directly except when using escrow service providers.

Mate, why not just ask them? Not only that you'd immediately have the answer you're looking for, you might also earn a friend or two.

As for "the best exchange" suggestions, it's going to completely depend on what country you're in.

Early for selling bitcoin to get profit right now because still nine days later for take profit, you must waiting about three days before halving to sell your bitcoin assets and get back with higher price again, if you keep consist to sell now you will miss chance with higher amount reward.

Every online platform is the same as the charges are on the higher side and you do not get a good exchange rate. I think it is better to check the local bitcoin website and find someone who can trade with you over the counter. You will be able to negate those charges and earn a decent rate.

There's also another angle to OTC trading. All transactions are done anonymously and you're not getting tied to an exchange. They could tell you that they do not hold, but if they're offering normal exchange rates they have to be selling on some exchange where the price is higher or hold for a while and then sell for profit.

The traders also may need clean coins to do trades on TOR markets.

I know a trader who trades in person for cash but he charges 2% on every transaction.

Hey Bobby,
have you had a look at services like localbitcoins.com ?

If your friends are using normal OTC (Over the counter) services they wont get good rates (normally) but if they use services like this one then there are people that will pay over the odds and by none standard methods (like cash).

Hope this helps,
Paul.

The people you mentioned are most likely investors who want to trade within their own countries without commission or organizations that offer buy-and-sell services without commission. By meeting at a common point, people can trade with each other without commission and in this way they will trade on both sides to get the highest profit. On the other hand, I know that in some countries there are businesses that offer commerce services without commission. You can find out where to trade at the best price by researching the region you live in. Also, my other advice is to ask for help with the person you mentioned, if you have sincerity, and you can have an experienced person direct you.
