After checking out the website mavro.org and whitepaper, I have not located and information regarding the team composition of the developers of the project. (Which is not surprising honestly). I remember back when I just read the post of the the project being made, in was said that the developers were employees of KPO. Same employees who managed MMM-2011 and MMM-2012. KPO (abbreviation kept in original Russian letters) - stands for controlled revisioned department, in other words administartors of the project that helped and assisted Sergei Mavrodi. In this article I would like to shine some light on this so called KPO

Personally I was part of the project in 2011 and 2012 and was one of the thousandth (having 1000+ people under me). I have seen how everything was happening from the inside of the pyramid. In 2011 everything was managed with paperwork, each 100th (person with 100 people under him) would collect reports from his 10ths. Then would create a report comprising all of them together and send it higher. Because of the micromanaging everyone higher could see all that goes in and out, all the transactions of finances etc. As soon as MMM-2011 fell, MMM-2012 was created. This time around a team of programmers is hired with experience in programming for banking structures. Personal virtual office is made and the rest of the work is done through it online. At first it would seem personal office is fantastic idea: no need for reports, dont have to personally contact investors to transfer funds to the other party etc. If not for one BUT. Now not everyone inside the pyramid can see the flow of finances in and out. Me, being part of the 1000th group, could not anymore observe where the money from all the people under me is going. All this now was done by this so called KPO group instead of people managing themselves and people directly underneath them.
MMM-2011 existed and prospered practically a year and a half. MMM-2012 didnt last 6 months with its personal cabinet/office. Theory of someone impersonating Sergei Mavrodi with the real one imprisoned, killed, taken out of the picture:
April 1, 2012 ( MMM-2011 still being alive) there were news all over Russian channels saying Sergei Mavrodi was arrested for 5 days. Official version: not paying tax on the amount of money of roughly 30 dollars USA. This is a very comical reason considering from all the court fees in the 90s he still owes millions. After 5 days Sergei Mavrodi is released and he records a video message. Sergei states that everything is well with him and MMM-2011 continues to exist. Some have noted and stated that on that video the person shown is extremely similar to Sergei Mavrodi but not him: Mavrodi was lefthanded, this person is right. The real sergei had a mole on his face unlike the new one, fingers thickness was noticeably more etc...In the beginning of May 2012 "Sergei Mavrodi" records a video stating closure of MMM-2011 and start of MMM-2012 with the comfortability and increased functionality of the online personal cabinet.

Final notes and conclusions: The creators of this project are the same people who created MMM-2012 with the goal of stealing money by covering themselves up with the name of Sergei Mavrodi and a trusted brand of MMM. On their website they are stating that mavro-is is not a financial pyramid anymore, but a blockchain project with multi leveled structure of referrals. They are stating their project will lead to the financial apocalypse in the world. In reality this project: just another attempt at scamming people
