@Dominos you are close to the truth here..

RomerZolt is obviously one of his alt accounts.

RomerZolt started thread about repairing by himself 9 faoulty s7,
but he couldn't explain how he did it. But he mentioned he bought it from minerstock.org.

Also there ware several messages by RomerZolt dedicated to a HP leptop buy in the D_Ellows sales thread.

Now its obvious that it was made to take away attention from more important things.

Obviously bro

We can confirm that the account used by Minestock.com had verification level 0 (Starter account), meaning they were not verified and did not supply any identifying information. This is because they used only our software solution for processing Bitcoin payments, and verification is required only if a business wants to convert the received bitcoins to EUR or USD. Please see this screenshot for more information about different account verification levels and their requirements on CoinGate: https://i.imgur.com/6xl3d2X.png

The only identifying information we have about Minestock.org account (or any Starter account) is email address and IP address used to register that account, IP address(es) used to login to that account and IP address(es) of the server from which we received incoming API requests. We will share this information with law enforcement if we receive an official request for it, but we can not post this information publicly or share it without an official request from a law enforcement agency.

How much does it cost to accept Bitcoin payments with CoinGate?

We charge 1% processing fee from all transactions. There are no monthly, registration, or support fees.

Nevertheless, you benefits from  the impostor transactions.
Why should you care , or make better registration rules ?
Everything repeats itself when comes new SCAMMER.

Rights and duties of the parties.
15.1.5 not to use the CoinGate program and (or) Services for illegal actions (making illegal transactions, fraud etc.) as well as for activity that may hurt the reputation of the Service Provider. Should the Customer have any doubts regarding compliance of its activity with requirements set out in this paragraph he must report the nature of his activity to the Service Provider and to stop using the Services until the Service Provider indicates otherwise;

If anyone wants to find out more information about Minestock.org, we advice you to contact their hosting provider - they should have much more information about Minestock.org than we do. Please note, that this is just a suggestion - we are not affiliated with this hosting in any way, this is simply what we would do.

Allright let's all just chill for a minute, everyone's pissed because we lost money but we have a direct contact with someone inside the payment processor with possibly precious information, so they're not the right guy to yell on right now !!

Could CoinGate confirm the account Minestock.com has subscribed to (trader, starter etc.) withoud disclosing name or any other info or is this not legal?

Does CoinGate have the identity of the person or was it not verified because he didn't open an account requiring it?

Simple yes or no please.

Cheers,

Thanks a lot for making that clear, it sounds like we're boned then...

Let that be a lesson to all of us, even if some member that got scammed were not young, resist human nature and don't buy if it sounds too good to be true and allways use escrow, fuck's sake!!

I personnally won't go any further, if some are willing to go see the cops and all I can provide my txid and a few I recieved from forum members (if they consent) if you need to build a case and all but if your justice is as slow and useless as ours you'll simply be loosing more time and money...

The most enfuriating thing about this scam is that it was sooo obvious, ATX PSUs for 19usd, s9s "barely used" and cheaper than the new ones, GPUs with strange prices, flat rate shipping no matter if you buy 1 or 30 GPUs and the list goes on, fuck !

Have a nice day anyways (or whatever it's like in your timezone), don't hesitate to PM me for the txids Smiley

simple is that coingate.com doing tricks and they provide helping hand to minestock for scamming.
coingate.com is a fraud
As we have already explained to you, we are not affiliated with Minestock.org in any way, and we did not help anyone scamming - our software solution can be openly used by anyone without identification and verification, just like Mozilla's and Google's web browsers can be used by anyone for various purposes, including scamming people, but this does not mean Mozilla or Google are "giving a helping hand to scammers" or are "a fraud".

While we understand that you are upset, please refrain from making baseless and false accusations about CoinGate. We have written in this thread to let everyone know that we will fully cooperate with any law enforcement inquiries, and we encourage people to contact law enforcement is they have been scammed. We will keep responding to questions in this thread, but we ask everyone to keep civil and refrain from insults. Thank you.

Then simply share the info and please answer the questions that QuentinA and Tupsu asked

CoinGate is not affiliated in any way with Minestock.org and we have not helped defraud anyone. We offer a software solution which can be openly used by anyone without identity verification to accept Bitcoin payments. Our assistance to Minestock.org was not bigger than Mozilla's or Google's assistance to them by creating a web browser which enabled people to access their website. That said, we take scam accusations seriously and have currently suspended their account. Again, if anyone was scammed, we encourage you to contact law enforcement and start an official investigation, with which we will fully and actively cooperate.

@Coingate : thanks for taking part in that thread and keeping us in touch.
Speaking for myself and having lost .5btc, it's a hasstle to go to the cops (include the 3 hours where they take me for a terrorist because I talk about btc and the 2 month where they'll tap my phonelines for the same reason, really).

I would like to know if you have an identity of the person behind minestock.org or simply a btc address to redirect their funds ? I don't know if you can teell me here or by PM but I'm looking for a simple yes or no to see if it's worth the time or not.

Then answer the question:
Was the  money  recipient  a company or individual person ?

But the question is that why you are hiding fake company data.

Main office - Ul. Inflancka 4, Warsaw, Poland, 00-189 -  the address is not registered in Poland in such a company.
Not registered in such companies as Minestock.

Do your rules go hide data even if the registration has been submitted false data  or use an account for scams ?

How many BTC orders " Minestock "  went through you ?

Privacy does not mean protection from fraudsters , write it down in your rules.
https://coingate.com/privacy
As we have said in the previous post, we will share any requested data with the law enforcement, if we receive an official request from a law enforcement agency to help with an ongoing investigation. We will not hide any data from law enforcement or otherwise hinder any investigations if they are initiated. Of course, we can share customers' data only with law enforcement - we can not share it on a public forum or without receiving an official request for said data from a law enforcement agency.

Since my friend  amount has around EUR 2,000 ,  what your company has helped to defraud he goes to the police anyway.
Yes. My friend wrote to you yesterday, that they took part in assisting the impostor.
Otherwise @Tupsu or your friend should open a thread against coingate.com here in this section or in scam accusations section as they are equal responsible for this scam.

We have enough evidence have screens and txids of payment that we sent to minestock and they did scam.
you already knows better than us that minestock.org did scam with using coingate.com payment processor and you should take legal action against them if you don't do this more questions will rise on you.
We thank you for the evidence you have sent us, and we will be sure to share all the evidence we have with law enforcement, if we receive an official request for it.

Hello,

We are Bitcoin payment processor CoinGate.com - we were used by Minestock.org to process Bitcoin payments. Today we have received complaints about Minestock.org being a scam and we wanted to let everyone know that we do not support any illegal and / or dishonest behavior and would fully and actively cooperate with law enforcement if there was an official investigation regarding Minestock.org. If anyone has any evidence that they have been scammed by Minestock.org, we kindly ask you to send it to us at [email protected]

We will answer any questions here, which would not breach privacy protection laws of Lithuania (European Union), where our company is located.

Sincerely,
The CoinGate.com Team

Do your rules go hide data even if the registration has been submitted false data  or use an account for scams ?

How many BTC orders " Minestock "  went through you ?

My friend's messages you no longer responded, although he gave you all  evidence.

coingate.com knows everything about minestock or that individual what they did and scammed many people using their payment processor.
Now as a company coingate.com just hiding the facts otherwise they can take action against them as they have their accounts addresses etc where money has gone and can contact to authorities.
Otherwise @Tupsu or your friend should open a thread against coingate.com here in this section or in scam accusations section as they are equal responsible for this scam.

What is this now?
Is this really official representative of coingate.com?

We have enough evidence have screens and txids of payment that we sent to minestock and they did scam.
you already knows better than us that minestock.org did scam with using coingate.com payment processor and you should take legal action against them if you don't do this more questions will rise on you.

Then answer the question:
Was the  money  recipient  a company or individual person ?

Since my friend  amount has around EUR 2,000 ,  what your company has helped to defraud he goes to the police anyway.

But the question is that why you are hiding fake company data.

How to save the whole page from

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:mJyJOeNr1TMJ:https://minestock.org/&num=1&hl=en&gl=ee&strip=0&vwsrc=0

https://minestock.org/

A friend of mine ordered about 4 BTC  from this site. I told him that  minestock.org  is reliable.
The second order was big  and ordered  without asking from me.  First order was only 600 USD.

So did he receive his first order?

No.

First off, I put this thread in the sales because it concerns this thread : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/clear-1546098 (it used to be a sales thread advertizing minestock.org)

Hi guys,

Tupsu just asked me if I had started a new topic about the Minestock.org scam, so here I am.

What's on my mind? Send me screenshots and/or adresses you sent payment to, I will try to contact the payment processor (Coingate.com) with the necessary info so maybe they can tell me the next adress it was sent to or even the identity of the cunt.

It's a long shot and I didn't loose that much but if there is an easy way of pissing him off I'll get right on it  Grin

However, keep in mind we have no court order etc. so we'll probably be facing a brick wall, but it's worth a try !

Shoot me your txids and screens, I'll contact them on saturday once I have a little time to get to it !

Cheers,
Q.

PS : if someone has prior experience doing this kind of thing I'd love some advice, first time I'm doing so !
