I guess by "halve" he meant the price fall. Regarding his question whether to spend or hold bitcoin I would answer the following. If you have the needs to buy something and can do it with bitcoin don't hesitate and proceed with it. The life is short and bitcoin is nothing more than money. My favorite moto is - " make money for the sake of life but not live for the sake of money ". Chasing money is bad practice which could result in mental disturbance.
Bitcoin will be halved immediately. Should I deposit bitcoin or use it every day? Can I still buy it now? My personal idea is to deposit Bitcoin. I am still more optimistic about the long-term value of Bitcoin.
What did you mean by halve? Did you mean that bitcoin price will halve or you are talking about the mining reward halving? Make your post clear. About the you to be optimistic about bitcoin future, you are not making a wrong decision, bitcoin price will increase but it can take time. Liye right now, hodling some few amount will be good because the price will still increase, it can take time but it will increase.

The term "halving" is usually used in relation to miners' reward. And that halving has passed (May 2020), next being in 2024.
If you mean that the price is more or less half of the last ATH, well, now it has fallen to ~34200$ (from 35000$) and you've missed the 28600$ price from 22 Jun.
From here the price will go up and down and up and down, it may reach or not
But you should not ask us if you should buy: it's your money, do as you think with them.
