I think you misread the feerate on them Tongue
You're right. I'm not used to blockcypher.com, I didn't expect they'd leave out the last zero, so I actually have to count leading zeros.
Fees are low again!

Hold on a second, it seems on the blockcypher's browser that this transaction has already been double spent...
This transaction is the "second try" with 1.5 sat/byte fee. The "first try" had 1 sat/byte fee.

Third time's a charm. The third attempt has received 10 confirmations now, it was confirmed about 2 hours ago

Hold on for another second, as far as I know, ViaBTC only accepts transactions above 10 sat/B (or this was the limit last year December
Maybe they lowered it without updating their FAQ? In the past months, transactions with 10 sat/byte fee didn't need acceleration.

I was about to add your transaction to the viabtc accelerator, but it seems that someone has already added it:

If everything works as expected, you'll have your transaction accelerated in a few hours time.

Edit:
Hold on a second, it seems on the blockcypher's browser that this transaction has already been double spent...

Edit nr2:
Hold on for another second, as far as I know, ViaBTC only accepts transactions above 10 sat/B (or this was the limit last year December

I'm curious now what will happen to the transaction and when...

Blockchain's node rejected it, but https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/tx/84a0f3f0d613e02dde954939faf621c455406506c388567325d15619ea30277f/ still shows your transaction. At 1.5 sat/byte, my Bitcoin Core estimates it to confirm within 8 hours. Unless fees keep rising like they did in December, in that case it can take weeks.
Currently, you'll need a 20 times higher fee for a fast confirmation. Blocks are full again, I wouldn't be surprised if that's caused by a spam attack related to the Bcash pump.
