The price of bitcoin swings wildly, I have a feeling you would be more likely to sell it if you included a fiat price along with the bitcoin price. As you're talking about fluctuations on tens of thousands of dollars, it'd be good for you as an estate agent, but not for the buyers. Is a 30 year leasehold normal for that region, because it seems like a very short time.
