Yes it's related to cryptocurrency. And it's about mining altcoin on older GPUs with no OpenCL Support

Why would you do this, GPUs that old have insignificant compute power and abstraction/translation would make things even worse. Wouldn't be worth maintenance/power costs
But I have free electricity!

even if you have free electricity the issue would be the great time involved into working with very old and small if any possible hashing!
unfortunately the crypto world evolves very fast and what one used last year is considered obsolete in the crypto world!
i actually was mining in early 2010 and from then till now the resource requirements even to begin to mine are huge! it is unfortunate but doing things the right way will also keep you updated with hardware and software! the resource requirements of today would burn most of the older hardware and that is also including cpus

Nope, quite not possible. I don't think so.

"Translator" part will fail it all.

You reason can be considered pretty noble, but cards without openCL support are too weak to be used these days

Are you suggesting some kind of software 'adaptor' translating OpenCL to OpenGL?

It might be, you are more likely to get a sensible anwser if you explain in more detail, your diagram is rather cryptic.
Also, is this related to cryptocurrency in any way? It may be flagged as spam if it isn't.

I agree with you,, if only given a description of these sketches may be more obvious again,,
thank sir,,
