Can you show me how to accelerate on ViaBTC? I submitted my tx every hour and didn't have any chance for me to submit any tx.

Finally an honest accelerator who tells which accelerators they are using and does not ask for tips.
However ViaBTC is the only TX that is usable currently, because antpool atleast has hard time confirming any of the transactions because there are so many on the line.
Confirmtx.com is broken however, so i recommend just removing it from the list and forgetting about it.

I done removing confirmtx on list
Yes viabtc can speedup 1-3 hours after accelerate succeed, thanks for useful free service from them.
