There are means scammers see means as easy to scam people. I can also easily come up with something like this with the intention to scam people. All I can just let people know is to avoid anything like this. Even there are people that have a website that their intention is to keep on rebroadcasting people's transactions or do nothing while demanding money from people. We have seen this very well. Even paid accelerators are not advisable. The best is for people to make sure they use wallets that support opt-in RBF and use it to increase the fee when necessary.
And how are you doing this exactly? Just using other free/paid accelerators and charging a premium? If not, then if you're serious about offering those services, you should either make a telegram bot, or build a proper website, and not make people DM you.

4 vMB is enough to get the next block considering the mempool current weight. I don't think there are much demand for transaction acceleration right now. Wrong time to advertise the service :-D
