Yes sir, the campaign had actually been announced over last May 2018. Yet there was no final stakes being counted. There was a disagreement between the bounty manager and the ICO project. The bounty manager told us the he was not paid and so he did not continue the counting of stakes and the ICO admin told us that there were no spreadsheets being given to them. Both parties keep blaming each other and we were left in the middle. So I waited since May for the ICO admin's promise until the new system was then implemented. I felt sad because I became a newbie again. I didn't know if it was worth the wait but I keep on holding my signature for the promised bounty. Now I don't know what to do with it and I only cconsider myself to be positive even when I did become a newbie again. By the way thank you for hearing us low ranking members. Thanks a lot everyone in here. Let us support the system, no need to argue despite the change, only change is something permanent. Goodluck just be positive and help will come I know there good people around here. Thanks to all.

It seems the entire forum is slowly making a switch to mass posting to quality posting.  I'm not sure the system has completed the mission yet but each day it seems like we are getting closer to cleaning up the mess.  I for one have taken notice since being pimp slapped by the forum leaders.  I see the good now with the new rule however I was not a fan of the system before this new rule was implemented.  Once the trash is out then a jr member ranking is special and I will not be lost in the mix as much.   I feel like there could possibly be more changes that could push the quality movement further forward if the forum keeps pushing the issue. 

Never give up, you will over time make good quality post, and one day a merit source will chose to help you rank up. It can never be Bitcointalk problem that you are in a signature campaign and your signatur space are now lost. And if you are in a signature campaign then you are suppose to make good quality post, some of those post will one day give you merits.

Merits are quite scarce, you have to put in quite some effort in order to get noticed here, we've all had to do a similar sort of thing though. Even before the merit system, to get your point across you have to get fans of what you're trying to suggest. Most of the old members here are members who are bitcoin enthusiasts, show that you've put some good thought into a thread done a little bit of research and helped someone with what they need and you will likely see the merit coming in.
Once you get one meritor then you'll probably get quite a few, the issue is that if you're staying here just for bounties then that's not going to do very well (sure claim some bounties or have a signature, but keep a good quality and standard of posting).

I agree with you I know that what is this forum. This forum is learning, share some good and important news and gain knowledge from legendary, Hero member. So I am happy for new update because now all bad post user not involved this forum. But one sad point is many good member in this forum they post quality but unfortunately they didn't get 1 merit point they lost their hope. So I think this is very sad news for this good user like me

You might have better luck earning more money if you rank up and you can rank up by being noticed in the community (in order to get merit) and, more importantly, posting constructively and usefully with a good quality of post.

I have not posted anymore since the end of the campaign of the ICO project I have participated. I have not joined any because I am hoping that maybe soon they will be giving out bounties. Until this new system came and remove the signature that I did left as is due to bounty not being received yet because stakes were not calculated. It was so hard and sad for me to learn that my chances might be gone. I just don't know so I felt frustrated a bit. Yet I know that sir Theymos did this considering that checking on all posts are so hard to do not unless everyone will be doing their best to do a meaningful post, so that the site will be a better place for forums. Please understand that all of us are really having a hard time on this but this is what is really needed to make this site even more attractive to all readers, investors and anyone visiting it. Please accept these changes with a heart and stop arguing with each other. Trust sir Theymos on this and all the other admins and moderators. I know how each one feels about this but leave it to them because they know what is best.

This is what I meant you can check that I have been waiting long enough but I understand that the market is so unfavorable for now. It is just I was not so lucky. I need money because I am not anybody and life is so difficult. And hope is a bit far. Yet I am always optimistic no matter what.
