Finally a Phi (LUX) earning showed up on AHashpool.

Thanks for the answers!

Thanks for the reply.

Here's what zpool says for phi:

Mining on a single wallet at 7.8 GH/s, 95 miners
Name
Amount
Diff
Block
TTF***
Hash**
Profit*
   Lux (phi)   10.00170218 LUX   26.616 k   170 217 (1%)   4 hours   7.8 GH/s   0.01523

So it shows 4hrs.

Does that mean, that when the block is found by the pool (in average 4 hrs time), then all accepted shares to pool will get earnings?

Depends on the setup of the pool, proportional or PPLNS. But the general idea is that you get paid for how much you mine only if your pool finds a block. If you want to get paid more often, join a pool with a higher hashrate. However, each payment will be lower than those of your current pool. It balances out given enough time.

Try altminer.net, their hashrate for that coin is 317 GH/s

Thanks will try.

One question, these lines in the miner console:

[2018-01-31 14:33:42] phi block 170187, diff 24455.514
...
[2018-01-31 14:34:24] phi block 170188, diff 24153.629
...

Do these mean that block was found but not necessarily by this pool?

Hello,

I hope you did understand the meaning of your shares!?

Everytime your pool wins a block, the coin reward is splitted into shares of the current block and historical shares.
This means that you can only get any earning, when your pool wins a block.
Please check how often your pool wins a block (estimated time).

I am new to mining. Please help me understand this.

So there 232 accepted shares and this is after running for 30 minutes.

But when I lookup Zpool with my wallet address it shows the hash-rate but just one earning.

How long typically does it take for accepted to show up as earnings?

Is it possible that some "accepted" shares are not counted at all?

Prior to this I ran Phi on AHashpool for an hour and it shows only 2 earnings against Phi. But it had hundreds of accepts. So what's going on?

Thanks!
