I'm a newbie here. I would like to know more about using a VPN service. Can you please help me? thank you!
There are many VPN services, you can google it. I use NordVPN (paid services), Express VPN. You can visit on this page to know more about VPN:

I suggest you to have one or two VPN premium services if you want to access the internet. You can also use TOR as I mention before.

I do not try to access that site before but I think you can use a premium VPN that has many premium IPs that can help your real IP for them. It seems, using TOR is not helpful to access that site because I've tried it before or I can not use TOR correctly.

If someone has already become a member of that forum, his IP will be listed on their whitelist so he can easily access the forum.

How you guys access on such sites? because majority of VPNs and Proxies are banned their
I think they did this to avoid Multi-users which is a good thing but if someone is privacy
conscious how would he access it?

I believe you're referring to HackForums? If so, I highly doubt you'll be able to access the website with a common VPN provider - last time I heard they blocked pretty much all of the IP's that most VPN providers had in their service - best bet would to try a premier service such as Mullvad/ProtonVPN/IVPN and try your luck.

I do hope that you're not ban evading - you can also add some exceptions to your VPN firewall so that whenever you browse a certain website (domain) you would show your real IP.

What if you don't use any of them and just reset the modem of yours? that would refresh your network.

Or you don't wanna try it?

It's a forum, changing to another countries or TOR won't work! only few servers from a VPN works

I don't know what you are actually asking, HF stands for?

If you can't access the website using VPN then try changing the servers to other countries or better use TOR where there is no restricted sites.
