If you visit faucets, (no matter rarely or often), I think it's neccessary to have antivirus. Maybe this website where you got redirected is clean from virus, but there are many potentially risky websites where you can be redirected. Even MoonBitcoin isn't completely safe. They have inserted javascript miner code into their websites which are using your CPU to mine Monero in background. So, antivirus is needed to block these things. I recommend to install antivirus, personally Avast is best for me, as I know they have app for iOS devices.

@tryninja, you can get viruses from websites, it’s quite a hard bit of code to make but possible. What I was actually thinking was that they could draw data from my device/browser to access passwords and other data which I think is possible although I’m not sure of apples architecture (no one is)...

@jsraw, I just don’t look at them...

Reminds me of a Nigerian prince who once sent me an email saying that he just wants to send me money in my bank account if I transfer him 100 Bucks. after this incident I use VPN when visiting porn sites or if possible my ex's lappy Cheesy

I'm pretty sure you can't get a virus just by visiting a website.

Also, doesn't look like this is the focus of the website. They are a fake "Bitcoin generator" that asks you to send a few coins to complete the "hack". I just tried it out and that's what I got:

I just need to send them 0.00495BTC to get 1.6BTC; That's what I call a good deal. Shocked

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
I was on moon btc and it told me it’d had been 26000 hours since I last visited the site and all was well.

The issue was I accidentally clicked a link on my iPad that took me here: http://genxbitco dot eu/

I’m not entirely sure of the site is harmless or not and what I should do if it isn’t? Do iPads have antivirus?
