The message means that the moderator deleted your post. You did post the wallet after all.

I got the email but I can assure you I never posted it.  Not much else I can say.  Guess I just leave this account dead and use this new account.

Nope that would be ban evasion. You are responsible for your account. If "A fuck it Ill just make a new one" would be possible a ban would be useless, wouldnt it?

Looks like you allready evaded your ban and only asked about this now:

Seriously, stop evading your ban or I'll ban this account too.

It's pretty obvious the guy got hacked why are you being such a dick? Make you feel like a big man to threaten people and kick them while they're down?

If I had to absolutely guess -- your account was hacked.

Good chance an administrator can double check that the new post (the infected wallet that you posted) was from a different IP address than your normal IP address.

In the mean time, if I were you, I'd scan your system with multiple anti-virus scans / reinstall your OS and change ALL your passwords on all your sites to something more secured.

(Personally, I recommend keepass for storing passwords and generating totally random passwords for each site)

It's probably best to PM a staff member about this.

There is no way to prove your account was hacked since bitcointalk don't store ip's do they?

IIRC, bitcointalk does log your IP.
theymos has once said he will can release the IP data if there is a legal order.

Anyway, it is not a good way to prove your account was hacked, as there is too many way to change your IP.

I will continue to send an email each day to appeal my case on the ban.

Thanks everyone for helping out.

I think your account has very slim chance that It can be restored back. If no number of days is stated on the message I think you are permabanned. Just accept it and move on. By sending emails to them everyday you are just spamming them.

Its not about a hacked account, OP apparently can still login into his main account.

I've sent an email twice a day since denniscdunbar account got banned.  I've gotten no response.  Created a new account using the same name in my signature because I have nothing to hide.  Once again, I can assure you I didn't make that post to download a wallet.  I wouldn't be here asking for help after getting no response from any of the emails.

Can someone direct me to someone that can help me out?  Please, I'm trying to resolve this issue.

In your profile trust, some users leave negative saying you "post infected wallets". Maybe that is the reason you were banned.

Thats so strange.  I got an email that stated something like that too, but since I never posted any wallets I ignored it.  Looks like I got screwed by someone.  I can assure you I never posted it or knew anything about that coin.  Guess I'm stuck with a new account.

This is the email I got.  Is it possible someone else did it.

Well from my knowledge that email is used for appealing, not for asking why you were banned. Theymos does not tend to answer everything.
I wonder if BB got access to that email now?

It's weird that no reason was stated for your ban, what did you do?
I'm too lazy to check your profile.
