It seems he is buying old accounts and/or using new IP addresses to register. He has been caught via his twitter account.

IP bans are usually a bad idea as well for several reasons.

#1 IPs are not fixed, banning an IP over a lengthy period of time will affect other users with the same ISP but most likely not the person you want.

#2 IPs can be shared massivly, e.g. via Tor, VPNs or large NATs (e.g. for mobile phones). Banning a single IP might exclude several 1000 endusers that access the internet via that IP.

Nope. You try too hard. The retweets weren't conclusive proof, deleting the tweets is.

If you have been perma-banned (again), it probably means that the admins have evidence (IP / related) of ban evasion.
If I were in your place, I would stop ban evading and come back after a few months, to see if the admins can give some leniency.

As far as permanent bans are concerned I don't mind them. You as a user are obliged to read the rules and respect them. It is not the problem of the staff if you chose not to do either one of those. Punishments get handed out accordingly.

They might be connected to the subject but they could still be short, sloppy or spammy. Lots of off-topic 'irrelevant' messages will get you banned even quicker. And only admins can see that ip info but why can't you share your name? If your posts are fine it shouldn't be a problem but that is your prerogative whether to disclose it or not.

This isn't the way to handle this. BadBear sometimes revokes perma bans if users stay away or behave (though this isn't guaranteed) but this sort of attitude is only going to cause you more damage and frustration especially when/if your new accounts are found out and banned yet again. No. First is ban spammers and put other restrictions in place.
Second is ban the campaigns if that doesn't work. Plenty of people manage to post constructively with a signature and not get banned but a minority push the limits with mediocre posts and it's those people that will spoil it for everyone.

I have a question. So now - when Op is permanently banned. He no longer is allowed to create new account and start to post again, ever?
Because he would be 'evading ban' by doing so? he is basically done here? It is harsh if that is the case.

A purpose of a real ban is that the Person (not only the account) is banned for post and send pm. You can continue to read the forum but you will not be able to post anymore.

Are you serious? It is normal if that someone make insubstantial spammy posts he will be banned. The fault is not at 100% to the various signature campaign but of the users that they are trying to boos their post counter.

Have you got 2 warnings before this ban? The MODs said that the first ban is a warning and after that 1 more warning is given and the third time, it is a permanent ban.

i did not do any scam with that account , nor came here for advertisement

as username tells i came for selling virtapay currency names virtacoin which is crap now

in other forum India i am moderator in that forum before banning their is warning system with specific time when percent is 100% the account will be banned automatically

so why i got the post of moderator i have experience i have talked to admin directly and they impressed with work and after i am moderator
