Bitfinex is a big trading site so you can complete your transactions on this trading site. Bitfinex fees are low so this is also a commercial site that I usually use. Remember to use 2FA security to best protect your account, remember to keep the private key carefully.
Bitfinex used to have the option (and still might) of making a 'small withdrawal' once per week. There should be a little check-box at the bottom of the withdrawal page. Check that box and withdrawal your coins. I recomend withdrawing all your coins because the fees are very high.
