If those accounts are from same person that means he is talking to himself Smiley
Just see if they have same IP that will tell they are same person, unless he uses VPN to change IP everytime he/she posts.

I've run into a thread that had only newbies posting and when out of curiosity I checked their profiles they are all posting in the same threads in the same order.

Since multiple accounts are allowed, is account farming banned?
Should I start reporting them?

I'll post the links with the usernames after I get a response.

I think meta topics like this should be blocked from newbies and members seeing it, they learn how they are detected will only make banning hard to detect who is using alt accounts, I opened a thread, and I am sick of these newbies starting garbage threads.

Even though there are chances that those accounts belong to different people, posting more than twenty posts a day is seriously post bursting.
I can't believe someone could actually do this many posts within a day with different accounts. It's clear that they are already familiar with bitcoin and definitely just making plenty of posts to rank up. Too greedy for one person. Very sad and hating account farmers more.

i think that it is ok to post more than twenty post a day or even 100 post and so on as long as your post are revelant to the topic and had a meaningful sense or content that adds useful to the discussions.  also if your post has a specific time gap in order to avoid post bursting and spamming the forum. and yes someone can actually do this and it is not new to see this kind of unhealthy behavior , i think that the main reason why they are doing it is because of signature campaigns. yet  all we gotta to do for now is to report them and hopefully they might get nuked

I would report them first and then post their usernames for others to be aware.
Multiple accounts may be tolerated but the content of their posts are likely crap and if they are burst posting or posting useless content, constantly, it is spamming.
