That's the risk of buying bitcointalk.org, all you can do are comment about this problem on seller thread so other people won't be fooled or contact the seller to resolve the problem.
Removing the red trust is impossible without proof and there's nothing you can do without proof.
What? Did you ever read what's the problem or you just blatantly post without read the problem? What in the hell with the seller and resolve the problem?
--snip--

Of course i read his problem, check his profile page and the reference link in his trust page. What i mean is OP should talk to that account seller and maybe the seller can give refund or give another account with similar value.

OP, why the hell you bought that account?
I never see any DT member would like to leave/tag neutral trust on account which was hacked. They would (usually) left/tag the account with negative trust if any account was hacked.

You can't ask for someone to put a neutral nor a red trust on that account. Just as you said that you don't have the address nor a proof to say that you own that account.
Better atleast give some proof that you once owned that before asking some DT members here to tag that as a hacked account.

Hi i had bought this account last year: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/shetkid-346591

It had the red trust then, and still has it now. But I see user is trying to ask loan and trying to get trust removed. I don't have address proof and can't sign it but would appreciate if someone can leave a neutral trust that account was hacked.
