It's looks like your account was locked after you changed both keys. Did you change it from an IP you own or another person's IP. What company was the IP in? (What were the first two parts - the bit between the start and the second dot)?
I am really grateful to both of you.Though Sorry for your inconvenience. Don't know how to say thanks to both of you.I think this post should remain as an example and it could help lots of people.I will delete the post if you guys say.

What's the account? I can unlock it if you can provide some proof that it's yours. If you haven't got a signed message then there's next to zero chance of an admin unlocking it.

Follow the regular account recovery but sign that ETH address instead of a bitcoin address (follow the instructions on the sticky for this board).

I think you can send this information to hilariousandco to get him to unlock it as it's just security banned and not locked completely.

I didn't do anything unusual.I added a security question to my account and then changed my password.
Yeah i have used my account recently before changing password.
I have changed it from my own ip not from any public wifi.
I will be grateful if anyone could help me.

Hello everyone today i added a security question to my bitcointalk account and changed my bitcointalk account password but after that i got this message from forum"Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum!
For security, your account has been locked. Email [email protected] "
Then i emailed theymos but don't know will he ever reply to my email because he is busy man.
Then i opened this account but it says i got proxyban and i can't post anything and i have to pay a small fee.
After that i paid the fee and my account got unbanned.
I didn't add any bitcoin address to  my locked account or didn't had any bitcoin address associated with my locked account which is a senior member ranked account.
I am really surprised what just happened with me.I am requesting to the senior membrs and moderators to give a solution for recovering my account.I will be grateful to all of you.my locked account is not hacked and i have my password and email address active too.
