My account is locked on Cryptsy. I can get a new Password sent to my Username and Email address but I still get locked out of my account. I have used Cryptsy, the interface works well and I have had no problems in the past.
I can exchange USD for Bitcoin on Cryptsy so I was eager start trading there.
I have no idea how to catch their attention...

You may enter the wrong password a few times and make your account locked for some time, but you've tried to contact their CS. they better know how to solve every your problem .. and I also have never experienced it.
