There are only two admins in this forum currently which is theymos and Cyrus since BadBear went inactive for quite a time now. Best you can do is to wait for them to check it out and verify. Nothing to do further from this point onwards.

Sad to know that. As said earlier you have no other option than waiting for the reply from admin. Its good that you have posted your staked address, it might be helpful to regain access of your account. Best Luck.
Have they lately helped in recovering any of the hacked accounts, where signed message was presented?
Mine was hacked a few weeks ago. The first messages I sent to both theymos and Cyrus contained errors, so I was pretty hopeless by then. Luckily, they reconsidered and Cyrus reviewed two new signed messages from two different addresses that I posted on 2015 and I got my account back. The thing is if you haven't posted any sufficient evidence about your ownership of the account, you will be ignored.
How long did you have to wait before you regained control over your account?
I know of another user "Yefi" who has recently got his account back too.
I did send both admins a copy of the signed message above so hopefully not too long.
