Remember that you are only allowed to use alt accounts when discussing your ban. If you use it for anything else you will most likely get permanently banned because you are ban evading.

It unlocks automatically as far as I know . When you said "after 14 days" do you mean a lot of days or just a few hours ? If just few hours then wait more otherwise try to contact BadBear . (even if I doubt that there is an issue )
