Maybe he is using a proxy or related tool in which a previous banned account was using
phising/malware, meta restriction, off-topic, spam. I won't make assumptions but you seem to know a lot of this forum's rules for a brand new member with less than 5 posts.
anyway, I don't think you'll get banned for no reason. I would ask you to quote the deletion notice PM but you said it's on a local board. which local board is it and maybe you can give us some translation of it?

Only thing he did was made a comment in local board that got deleted, but was on topic and not spammy, and without pishing links or malware or anything.
May I know why?

'' Its kind of weird that you mention that for no reason, the account is new and only had 1 post as you said so its obvious it was something along those lines and why are you talking about it in 3rd person, isnt it your account? Why do you care about it anyways if its a brand new account??
I care because I like the name and would like to keep it and because in theory if one account of mine is perma banned, I can't post in the forum with other accounts outside this topic.
The account did nothing wrong to be banned, I just said some common causes for a 1 post account be banned, before people ask.
