In having some account problems sometimes because of the previous account already signed up to your internet protocol or IP address and they banned those accounts who are trying to create a new one or also known as the alt accounts. There is a process you can do like paying your account to be created into a designated amount.

To make some recovery to your account you can make it with the use of your email address that is signed in to your account because they sent the address and all of the verification or that email.

It would really depend on WHY the account got banned in the first place! If it was something stupid or a mistake on the mods part. It could probably be fixed. But my guess is your "Friend" did something outside the laws of bitcointalk. He did not simply get banned for participating in a bounty campaign? Besides most bounties require that be at the very least Jr Member or above. But most of the serious bounties require you be of Hero Member or above!

Was the account a Hacked account?

Did he scam anyone? Or fake anyones profile?

How many matching alt accounts does "He" have? lol

Did they post a bunch of referral links or something just to try and receive High roller referrals?

Or maybe the bounty he participated in was an obvious scam project and they thought, If he is this stupid to premote such a  scam project he should not be here in the first place? Happens all the time! lol

Is it possible to recover a permanently banned account (for whatever reasons) on bitcointalk forum? Actually one of my friend is facing this problem. He said that he didn't do anything wrong, but participating in different bounty programs. And suddenly one day his account was banned by some moderator. Now he want to know if there is any way to restore his account? Someone told him to buy copper membership but he is not sure. Please share your fruitful thoughts. It will be really helpful. Thanks

As long he didn't disobeyed any Forum's rules and regulations, it can be recovered. BUT if ever the management found out that he is banned and created another account and continue using it, the new account might be banned as well as it is ban evasion in which is also prohibited in the forum.

And if ever that you are "your friend" talking to a third person, it might still be considered as ur new account evading your ban.

All those answers are all true. The safest way in bitcointalk forum is to help others in any way you can and avoid breaking the forum's rules which will lead to permanent ban of your account. It is really hard to rank up if you are only here for bounty programs. Plagiarism is not the right thing to do.

So it is quite obvious that it is impossible to recover a permanently banned account. That's very much clear and understood. But how he can move ahead because as per your statement "his account will be banned again once he caught using an alt account". According to my understanding when his IP address matches the permanently banned account's IP. But then what will be the way forward for him. Because ultimately his account will match the banned IP address some day (unless he use some VPN to hide his correct IP address). So where is the way forward.

But if I present a wrong scenario or if I could not catch exactly what you are trying to convey, then please correct me as well.

Thanks a lot!
Rule is simple, when you are banned you are no more allowed here. But as you said he created new account and start from scratch its too hard now to get rankup, someday he might caught by any silly mistake so new account also will eventually get banned.

Straight to OP,you can't recover back permanently banned account unless you made exceptional contribution to the community more than that harm of plagiarism even in that case signatures will get banned for years so earning opportunities via forum will get terminated...

There’s a bot here that checks IPs and/or posting style, and uncovers Alt account created by banned member’s friends kidding ... or not …

Since your friend has been permanently banned, he is banned as a person from the forum, along with all the accounts he has or may created (except for the appeal thingy explained before). Basically, it’s good riddance forever from this forum.

Now on does not need to be a genius to figure that some banned members will perform Baldrick’s speciality, and device a "cunning plan" to overcome the ban. Nevertheless, many of these comebacks are eventually found out, sometimes after building their alt account with effort for some time. If caught (by whatever means), the new account will be promptly banned.

So where is the way forward.

The way forward is to forget and move on from this forum. If you were permanently banned it means you're banned as a person.

Posting on meta for ban appeal has a very little chance to help you if your case aren't that strong. Just move on, your life still goes on even if you're not posting/reading a thread here.

All stated above was right, there's no way to recover a permanent banned account, once you have been caught using an alt account with the same owner of the banned account. That is banned evasion, it means you did not allow to create a new account because there is a high chance that once you have been caught, the newly created account of yours will be banned too. Unlike if you are using this alt account for ban appeal on Meta only, you can't post anywhere aside from the Meta board only.

Just tell it to your friend that he/she must move on, there's nothing we can do on that account got banned especially if you are here just only for bounty hunting.

But please clarify one more thing is that either participating in bounty promotions is prohibited or not? Thanks
Technically, that is not prohibited but I suggest not to focus on bounty hunting, be apart on the forum and make constructive posts that might help others.

The scenario is not really that of a recovery (term used when it has been hacked), but rather more of a petition to unban the account. Chances are close to cero for an unban petition to be granted, unless the banned account has compelling evidence that the ban is uncalled for (and I mean compelling). Being a somewhat well known account could help the cause (depending on the offence that led to the account being banned, and the intent behind it), and some people have had their permanent ban commuted in the past for a signature ban during an extended period of time.

This thread is not up-to-date, but it may give you an idea of what I’m on about:
BAN APPEAL]UPDATE: Total table + Ban status (Need feedback from Global mods).

Bear in mind that the only thing you friend can officially do is to create an Alt account and post in Meta a Ban Appeal (if you look through Meta you’ll see multiple live cases).

Thank you all for replying. Let's be honest I am not my own friend  Cool. But I was also referred or advised by him to join bitcointalk forum. Because I am also interested in bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. And then secondly, there is a chance to earn some free crypto by participating in the bounty programs. That's why I am so curious.

If what your "friend" got was a permanent ban(not being nuked/temp ban), then there is no way the account can be restored back, there have been few users who regained custody of their accounts after they had been banned, but they were more of positive members of the forum and maybe one or two weird cases of a user being banned erroneously, but if your "friend" was only but a bounty hunter as you said and nothing more, then I think his fate is settled.
But please clarify one more thing is that either participating in bounty promotions is prohibited or not?
You should ask your "friend" if he has at sometime copied or plagiarised anothers work, that's the most likely reason for the ban, not bounty hunting.(I just hope you're not your friend)

It's not prohibited. It's very unlikely that you'll get your account back after getting a permanent ban though. If you make another account while your original one is still banned, the new account (if you posted anything except a ban-appeal) will get banned as well.

Yeah it's still possible if the account not break the rules or do stupid thing for the forum. Read this topic to recover your account Recovering hacked/lost accounts

Someone told him to buy copper membership but he is not sure.

No. Copper membership only can allows you to post images even if you are a newbie, reduces the time-between-actions limit, and provides some of the same benefits as being of natural Member rank.

I thought this account is not your friend, but your alt account. I'm very suspicious for new users can know joining the bounty campaign. Also registered yesterday February 14, 2020, 12:49:45 AM

Edit : For information I think this is the old account that get banned imrafi560 because his telegram is same from imrafi560
