I'm sure there's nothing stopping you from renting it but it's asking for trouble. Users are likely to abuse the account and get it banned or whatever. If you must it's probably better to just sell it and be rid of it.

I know It's allowed to sell/buy bitcointalk forum accounts but I have a question If It's allowed to rent a bitcointalk account for a specific time?

The borrower could do stupid things with the account and make it full of negative trust feedback and make it worthless.
The lender could claim the account has been hacked and send theymos a message signed by an address used earlier and get it back.

Either way, it is not going to end well. Wink

Renting an account sounds even stupider than just selling it. If you "rent" it, you may get your accounts password changed etc. I don't see why account sales are allowed here anyway...

It should be allowed but you could get negative feedback for doing this.

I don't see how it would be against the rules. Then again, I don't see why you would do it.
