If your password change for sure you will receive a message on your mail towards that changes but if you think that happen to you maybe do what other say and contact their representative directly since for sure they are there to help you if you really encounter that problem legitimately. And don't entertain other message that they are here to help you since mostly scammer use this just to scam their user so better send them a message first and always remember that no support will entertain you first.

contact TheQuin with a good definition of your problem and as soon as you can prove that you are the owner of the account, the password will be reset for you easily.
In general, we cannot say that you have been hacked, as you may have forgotten your password.

The facebook page won't help OP. According to @TheQuin, it's managed by third party which doesn't capability for customer service.

Good advice except for social media. We use a PR company to manage those and they can't do any support work. The contact us form, [email protected], our thread and my PM are the support channels.

There is also the possibility that your account have been banned!
The only reasons someone would not get the password change email is either it is getting filtered by their email provider (spam folder or not delivered) or the account has been banned for multi-accounting abuse.
The only one who can help you is their customer support. Send a pm to  TheQuin as suggested by bL4nkcode and make sure to provide your user ID or email address.

You might be resetting using the wrong email address.
Try to confirm if you actually used the current email address to register for a freebitco.in account by looking through the inbox for promotional messages from freebitco.in

You can easily locate the first verification message from them when you use the search option in your email address.

Recently there is DNS issues on some websites so clearing cache and history should solve your issue or use incognito mode.

If you did reset your account and do not receive any email maybe it was also affected by the DNS issue recently.

Is there any email notification you received that someone change your password or email? I guess there will be always notice for that. If there's nothing then its good to assume that you were not hacked. Try to check your spam folder and wait little longer.

Unfortunately, people here can only help you regarding basic info as this forum is outside of freebitco.in's control. Try to message their support or you may message TheQuin (freebitco' support) for help.
