Accounts are prohibited, rule 25 is ignored by this Alt account, making more.

The rules here are very clear:

But it doesn't seem to apply to the blocked accounts below.

Initially this account was involved in fraud in campaigns, forgery and copying / pasting, in several places.
In the end it was banned on this forum.
