I have sent several requests through tickets to their support and gotten nothing regarding the acct being locked.  I would like to say that this is not a way to do business.  I also had a hard time and never did get my account confirmed because their response was they do not work with att.net email accounts.  Of course this was after they accepted my bitcoins.

Post it on their service thread and pm the btc-e admin. Have you created a ticket in btc-e? If you still not receive any response I guess its time to post on scam accusations section.
