What are the sources of your crytocurrency news and economy analysis?

I find it difficult to find accurate news about cryptocurrency and economy analysis. I just get a little information from this forum, but not too much information I get.

Probably I got some economy analysis from my proffessor at the campus. He told about economy in the class although it's not his field.

there is no accurate media..

nearly every story i read on the different crypto media sites are just copy and paste jobs that dont seem to have done any extensive investigations or fact checking.
to me it seems they are more interested in just getting "something" written up, then make some clickbait headline for it, just to get advertising revenue.
i don't think they even care about reputation or facts. its just clickbait clickbait clickbait.
You sound like the type of person that would enjoy personal blogs more than a news website. Prominent figures in the space often bring out some of the most insightful pieces. I'd recommend http://hackingdistributed.com/

What are the sources of your crytocurrency news and economy analysis?

Read some news results via Google Search. Read some too at Coindesk site. Take time also to read a crap one lol.

Joined serious bitcoin group that only into trading strategy and analyzation. No other things involved and it's really for learning all about bitcoin. A social media group is a good start.

Then after making some effort on reading some news, learning those economical term, you can make your own analyzation and ability to find a support to your claims.

Bazinga!
i use coindesk because they have fewer wrong and crap news unlike other places but they are not and exception.

it is up to the reader to figure out which one is worth reading and which one isn't. and also figure out the motif behind posting that news.

What are the sources of your crytocurrency news and economy analysis?

Coindesk and cointelegraph are two of the trusted sites I am suscribed but I stumble the best and the breaking news about crypto currency here in Bitcointalk ...

I agree. I check Coindesk and cointelegraph from time to time but I've noticed that in case something worth attention appears there you'll find it pretty soon here on Bitcointalk. So Bitcointalk is the best IMO.

There ain't none. C :Doindesk is a worthless shithole. Most of the others are just recycling crap from elsewhere. This forum is a better news source than all of them. Coinfire used to do proper journalism. Dunno if they still are.

Coinfire said Cryptsy had multiple Federal investigations into its operations  Cheesy

People will always have its own interest in doing things, same as putting up a news about cryptocurrency. If it's in their interest, they will do best to express how their main subject is and in reverse, they put not-good story about its conflicting competitor. Sounds like the same with alt coin trading, right? A pump and dump tactics.

Oh! and also i forgot, most news platform are being paid for advertising and writing stories about a specific topic. It is also being manipulated by powerful individual or group.
To sum it up, No , there is no accurate and unbias news about cryptocurrency. Nope , i am not using any news website as a source.

this is not only about bitcoin, this is true about all the news and media they are not honest, and they are all biased.

and when it comes to bitcoin news "website" since they have ads on their site and are earning money this way, they will publish anything that attracts people even if it is harmful to bitcoin (like FUD)

I guess we are mainly following English related crypto news. I bet there are developments in the Chinese crypto news and Russian crypto news. I am sure there are lots of untapped potential in Chinese and Russian crypto news sites.

Any Russian speakers here?

I use a combination of coindesk and twitter follows of leading BTC ecosystem personalities to triangulate to what's actually going on in the crypto space. I find mainstream media conflates a lot of issues, and obfuscates rather than clarifies.

This is hard to find, big news outlets occasionally bring out some quality pieces on crypto-related topics but this isn't common as not many journalists are familiar with the tech. Websites focusing primarily on crypto-related topics aren't always impartial and accurate. Coinbase is the biggest and perhaps most reliable website of this kind but you aren't going to hear any impartial criticism of bitcoin from them as their owners are invested in the bitcoin space's success.

Reddit sort of works like a community-vetted news aggregator, it's useful to follow new developments. Interesting content liked by the community are upvoted to the top, it's useful to discover blogs you might like and there's more than a single source. With that said, you should probably follow some blogs of independent prominent figures for commentary other than a single website.

i am afraid no such thing exists in the world. if it is i would love to see that.

most of the news sites are mostly posting crap, and also FUD sometimes to just get traffic to their site. and the analysis sites are mostly trying to push things in their own way.
