You get a max of 14 points per two week period. The next period starts on the 1st and every two weeks after that. It can't get simpler than that.
ahh! ok, so no matter how active i am i can only go up 14 activity every two weeks?
Yes. One post every two weeks is all it'll take to get the full 14 activity points.

I don't know how the activity works exactly. I think it's not with the amount of posts. But it is every two weeks a little bit more. I'm not certain, but i think it goes this way.
